I can understand being disappointed if it does not match what you had in. However, what you did do looks great. Assuming that the long neck is characteristic of OC Angelus, I think you have done really good with this character, especially the facial expression and hair. I like the overall composition of the work too.

Remember that everything in a single scene should share the same vanishing point(s). Perspective wise, everything in the foreground looks excellent. But the buildings in the background have a different vanishing point.
